SOULABABE | RABI BAH
Rabi Bah, aka SoulaBabe, is a multifaceted creative whose artistic approach is self-described as “visually minimal but emotionally layered”. Born in Conakry, raised in Toronto, and recently living between Accra & Amsterdam, culture has been a driving force in the work she produces.
“My work is a continuous meditation of the role that my cultural and spiritual identities play in shaping who I am and how I relate to those around me. The gray area of my art is in the eye of the beholder.”
Inspired by the images, patterns and words that have always been present around her, she uses drawing, painting and sound to express her reflections.
